I found something on how to ask for a raise...

I stumbled on something that I had NEVER heard of - a pay raise coach. What in the world??? I guess that might be for someone making a little more than me!

He raised some excellent points about what to do and why you desire it.

The best complete guide to getting a raise I think was a guide called The Ultimate Guide to Salary Increase by Bob Fireston.

This guide is fantastic I think because it gives you everything you need to prepare and propose to get a raise. Punchlist, Worksheets, Planning Schedule on what and when to do it, Raise Request Letters, and even some Resignation Letters if it comes to that!

I figure if I'm shooting for a $2,000 a year raise, it is worth the doing some homework to make slant things in my favor.
